1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 363bet ("363bet", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the 363bet website located at https://363bet.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. These Terms are effective from the moment you complete registration on 363bet.

363bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the 363bet Platform is strictly reserved for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 363bet.

363bet may request identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address at any time as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 363bet may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

To use the full features of the 363bet Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 363bet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly forbidden. 363bet employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, all bonuses will be voided, and any funds derived from bonus activity may be confiscated.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 363bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

363bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 363bet wallet instantly in most cases. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, subject to banking network conditions. 363bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts only. For accounts that have completed KYC verification, most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are completed within 3 to 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 363bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where unusual account activity has been detected or where the withdrawal amount is significant. We do not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and financial communications on the 363bet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 363bet does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

363bet offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion on the Platform. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available in all circumstances.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• 363bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk offsetting bets, or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of completed wagering requirements.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on 363bet are binding once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of each bet — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. 363bet does not accept liability for bets placed erroneously by the player.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Accepted odds are locked at the time of bet placement. 363bet reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: technical errors, irregular betting patterns, breach of event integrity, or result disputes.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event is postponed or cancelled; the market was offered in error; or evidence of match-fixing or corruption is established. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's 363bet wallet.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

363bet applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the stated odds at the time of placement.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 363bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Fraudulent deposits: using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing: placing bets with knowledge of predetermined outcomes or attempting to influence sporting events.
• Chargeback abuse: initiating payment chargebacks after deposits have been used for betting purposes.
• Automated betting: using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploitation of technical errors: deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing errors on the Platform for financial gain.
• Money laundering: using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Underage gambling: accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

8. Responsible Gaming

363bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We offer the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all players at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your 363bet wallet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 363bet.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

363bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. We use your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 363bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial loss. 363bet's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 363bet wallet in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

363bet makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended without notice for maintenance, security updates, or technical issues. 363bet will endeavour to restore service as quickly as reasonably possible.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 363bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

363bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; engagement in prohibited activities; failure to complete KYC verification; or on reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Where an account is closed for cause, 363bet may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 363bet Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at [email protected]. Response times may vary but we aim to acknowledge all disputes within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 363bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
